Privacy policy

How MESCO handles the personal information you give us through this website.

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal information MESCO, Inc. collects through this website, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). MESCO, Inc. is the personal information controller for this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms:

  • Inquiries and quote requests: your name, company, email, mobile number, the product line or product you’re asking about, your timeline, and your message.
  • Manufacturing quote requests: your company, name, email and phone, details of the part you need made, and any drawings you upload.
  • Service requests: your name, company, email and mobile number, details of your equipment and where it is, the service or visit you’re requesting, and any drawing or photo you upload.
  • Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, the department and position you’re applying for, and your résumé.

When you submit a form, our system also records your IP address and browser type, to protect the forms against spam and misuse.

You don’t need to give us any information to browse the site. If you choose not to fill in a required field, we may not be able to answer your request.

Cookies and other websites

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for our staff when they sign in to manage the site.

Our Contact page shows a Google map. Google may set cookies and collect information when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy. Our links to Facebook take you to Facebook, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a service, visit or seminar, and follow up with you about it.
  • To consider your job application.
  • To keep records of our dealings with customers, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To protect this website against spam and misuse.

We process your information because you asked us to (for example, to give you a quote before you buy), because you consented by sending it, or because we have a legitimate business interest in keeping proper records. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who sees it

  • MESCO staff in the department that handles your request, for example Sales, Metrology, Service, Manufacturing, or Human Resources for job applications.
  • Brand principals and suppliers, only when we need to involve them to quote, source, service or support the product you asked about, and only the details they need.
  • Service providers that host this website and our email, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Drawings and other files you send for a manufacturing quote are treated as confidential and are used only to review and quote your part. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use organizational, physical and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website and access limited to the staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
