Capabilities
MESCO Manufacturing machines precision parts to your drawings in Pasig City. Our 43 CNC machines cover turning, Swiss-type turning, milling, 5-axis machining and grinding, for round parts up to 420 mm in diameter and 1,200 mm long. Finishing is done in house, and we arrange heat treatment through our partners, so one supplier takes your part from raw material to finished, inspected and ready to ship.
Services
Machining
- Lathe machining
- CNC turning on Mazak lathes, including turning centers with live tooling that mill, drill and tap in the same setup. Round parts up to 420 mm in diameter and 1,200 mm long.
- Swiss lathe machining
- Small, slender and complex turned parts on Tsugami 5-axis Swiss-type lathes with bar feeders.
- Milling machining
- Vertical and horizontal machining on Mazak and Tsugami machining centers, with rotary tables for multi-face work. Plates and blocks up to 560 × 430 × 510 mm of travel.
- 5-axis machining
- Complex geometry in fewer setups on the Mazak Integrex j-200 multi-tasking lathe and Variaxis j-500 machining center. Features that must line up are cut without re-clamping the part.
- Grinding
- Cylindrical, surface and rotary grinding on Okamoto, Chevalier and Blanchard grinders, for the fits and finishes turning and milling can't reach.
Other services
- Butt welding
- Bars and tubes joined end to end, so longer parts can be made from standard stock and finished on our lathes.
- Heat treatment
- Hardening and other heat treatment to the specification on your drawing, done by our heat treatment partners and managed by us as part of your order.
- Part drawing and prototyping
- We work from your drawings, or prepare the part drawing with you if you don't have one yet, then make prototypes to prove the design before production.
